This is the poster (Defend Equality by Shepard Fairey) being used in protests demanding marriage equality across the nation. Pretty powerful imagery here – reminds me of the iconic “black power” symbols and images from the 60’s and 70’s. Six months ago, that imagery might have troubled me. Today, it really doesn’t bother me like it used to.

Work To Do
This blog is so boring. I’ve posted rarely, and when I do, it’s hardly ever been an actual post. I can tell you why – it’s because I don’t have time to think. It’s like work is taking so much of my time and brain power, that I don’t have the energy or time left to devote to blogging. In the absence of my own words, I like to quote other people; people who’s thoughts so closely mirror mine that the differences don’t matter. Let me make this as clear as I possibly can. I regard a vote for McCain/Palin as a direct assault on my personal freedom, happiness and well-being. McCain – and even more so Sarah Palin… …think I should be forced to go to “camp” to re-assign my sexual orientation.
