It’s the ASUS Eee Pad 101TC.
The 101TC is going to run Android Froyo or Gingerbread. Unfortunately, Laptopmag says “it’s not due to ship until Q1 of 2011.” It looks like ASUS is shooting for a price point under $500. It’s definitely meant to target the iPad – not that I’d even consider buying an iPad.
