I’m surviving on Spaghetti this weekend. I have one more “meal” worth left. It’s not bad, actually. The Spaghetti itself is a new whole-grain type that I decided to try. There’s very little difference in taste, and a pleasant difference in texture. I’ll probably stick with it in the future, as there’s far more fiber in it than there is in the “normal” stuff.

I’ve been switching back and forth between cheeses as the toppings – Mozzarella, Mild Cheddar and a Kraft Parmesan/Romano blend. Hopefully I can convince Matt that we actually do need to go to the store soon, before I actually get tired of noodles.
